Puerto Rican Flavor, Made with Heart — Since Day One
My name is Obdulio Martínez, but most know me as Chef Tuti. I was born and raised in Lares, Puerto Rico, and I’ve spent over 40 years mastering the art of Puerto Rican cuisine. Every dish I prepare is made with love, patience, and a passion passed down through generations.
Isla del Encanto is more than a restaurant — it’s a dream come true. I still wake up in awe, knowing I own one of Miami’s most beloved Puerto Rican restaurants. What started with sacrifice, early mornings, and many years of hard work is now a place where our community can taste home.
I couldn’t have done it without God, my wife Margarita, and our children — this is as much their dream as it is mine.
Through every plate, I hope to bring a piece of Puerto Rico to your table.
